Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related major.
• Minimum of 5 year of experiences as recruiter, Executive Search /Recruitment Firm will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge about Recruitment & Selection/Talent Acquisition and capable approaching executive position.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment & selection proses.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Work location : Head Office, Jakarta Barat.
