CSR & Internal Communications

Responsibilities :

Ensure CSR activities adhere to relevant regulations, guidelines and communicate the company's ESG initiatives and progress. Prepare timely and accurate CSR reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to ESG-related regulations and standards. Oversee the preparation and publication of ESG reports and manage internal and external ESG audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with various departments within the company to align CSR efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to stakeholder engagement.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and management of stakeholder engagement data. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, and data is organized in a structured manner for reporting and decision-making purposes.
Support stakeholder engagement strategies to foster positive relationships with various stakeholders. Conduct regular consultations, meetings, and forums to understand their concerns, expectations, and feedback.
Supervise the collection and analysis of ESG data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements :

Possess Bachelor's Degree in in a relevant field such as Law, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines from reputable university
Minimum of 5 year of experiences in ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or a related area.
Previous experience in strategic planning, scenario analysis, SWOT analysis, market research, or competitive analysis is highly desirable
Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proactive nature, excellent interpersonal & management skills, full understanding of all CSR functions and best practices.
Work location: Head Office, Jakarta Barat.
Working scope: All over Indonesia
