Job Description

-Act as the advisor to the business unit leaders in all areas related to human resource management and also ensure condusive working climate and delivery of HR services in accordance to the needs of the business.
-Lead HR aspects of organizational change, facilitating smooth transitions and maintaining employee indiscipliner.
-Resolving people related issues and make some recommendation accordingly
-Advising to the management on HR related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines
-Working across teams to ensure HR objectives are met
-Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Job Requirements

-Possess Bachelor's Degree in Law
-Minimum of 5 year of experiences as Industrial Relations, Human Capital, preferably has an active advocate license
-Proficient in data analysis, labor regulations, as well as company licensing and labor processes.
-Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
-Proactive nature, excellent interpersonal & management skills, full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
-Work location : Head Office, Jakarta Barat.
-Working scope: All over Indonesia
