Job Description

• Provide technical support for UAV-related GIS data, mapping, database, and required platform/software processing tools to ensure the effective generation of GIS databases for UAV business purposes.
• Present spatial data, conduct analysis, and manage technical aspects of data exchange (export-import data) to and from the platform, including data manipulation for internal UAV division and customer requirements to produce customized data outputs.
• Coordinate with customers to address technical issues and provide optimal solutions to their challenges.
• Coordinate with the sales team and offer technical assistance to handle customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting their technical needs.
