Security

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard the company's employees, facilities, and assets.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Manage and supervise security personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor and analyze security-related incidents and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Facilities and IT, to ensure integrated security measures and responses.
Maintain and update security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and provide timely reports to management.
Stay updated on the latest security technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend their implementation.
Conduct security awareness and training programs for employees to promote a culture of security consciousness.
Liaise with external law enforcement agencies, security vendors, and industry associations to stay informed about security-related developments.

Education and Experience:

Senior High School in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice) or equivalent experience.
Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing security policies, and managing security personnel.
Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to security.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead and motivate a security team.
