Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law, preferably has an active Advocate License.
- Having 3 year working experience as Industrial Relation/Legal/HR Generalist.
- Advance communication and coordination for relationships with internal such as employee, trade union and management; external parties such as manpower office, lawyer, government, police, NGO, traditional tribes, etc.
- Review, revise and give advice on updates if necessary on company regulations, company policies and labor-related policies and procedures.
- Good leadership, energetic, creative and team player.
- Work location: Head Office.
