1. Bachelor's degree from reputable university.

2. Max age 25 years old

3. Preferably from Naval Architecture Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mining, Petroleum, Geodetic, Marine, and Geology Engineering major

4. GPA min 2,80 out of 4,00

5. Active in organization with high integrity and contribution

6. Fluent in English, both verbal & written

7. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an advantage

8. Good attitude and personality, open-minded, excellent communication

9. Willing to work in field and to be placed all over Indonesia
