Job Description
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To operate, maintain and repair all MEP Tools and equipment within the Company and to make sure run smoothly.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Execution of daily repair requests.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide technical advice to Engineering Head regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Conducts regular reviews to ensure to deliver work according to the company plan in order to make the business start run properly and maintain the business area run smoothly from opening till closing operation.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To maintain necessary stock and spare parts to ensure MEP Tools and equipment are functioning well without interruption so need good cooperate with Account Department.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Support Engineering Head and other teams member.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Able to Set up Manual and procedures for MEP Tools and Equipment.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To initiate high quality problem solving and result and communicate with written report to Engineering Head.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of service at all times.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To assist Engineering Head setup Health and Safety SOPs. The accountable for the standards of health, safety and environment to ensure Zero Harm is achieved. Responsible for compliance with relevant HSE policy and procedures which is to implement Policies, Occupational Safety and Environment and implement those integrally in all business activities within the company.
