Job Requirements
- Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary hospitality) with a minimum of 35 years old
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Head ChefÂ
- Have previous experiences with food and labor cost control, menu development and pricing, and development of culinary team preferred
- Have expert knowledge about COGS reports and food costing
- Have good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Able to work in high-pressure environments
