Productivity & Performance Management Specialist

Strategize and lead implementation of solutions to enhance and grow the business, from organizational design and talent management perspective.
Design and lead change management involving reorganizations, competency matrix, corporate culture activation, succession planning, talent movement, etc. as needed.
Analyze, create, and execute organizational effectiveness and balancing strategy.

Respectful, trustworthy, professional, emotionally mature, and act with integrity.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, leadership, and change management
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any major, preferably from an accredited institution.
Minimum has 10 years of working experience in Organization & Talent, especially in organization design, job grading, workload analysis, competency matrix, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
Advance communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Work location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
