Assessment Specialist

Make the right selection/assessment method for each position.
Determine the right selection/assessment tool for each position.
Selecting the best talents to enter the company (according to core values, and competence/potential) by providing assessment results and developing recommendations for each talent according to their job.
Maintaining the safety of test/assessment tools.
Ensuring the availability of consumable test/assessment kits.
Coordinate with OD & TM to follow up on a development program.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the development program.

Open-minded, analytical, humble, team player, and trustworthy.
Good communication in English (written & oral).
Master's Degree in Psychology.
Minimum 8 Years of working experience in the related field.
Able to record and classify behavioral evidence from a range of assessment tools.
Experience in competency-based assessment.
Have a comprehensive understanding and experience in assessment center practice.
Licensed as assessor and/or Psychology Practice License (SIPP).
Work Location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
