ENGINEERING HEAD:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage, coach, and support Engineering team that comprise of MEP, Audio Visual, and IT.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Communicate goals with engineering staff members.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Initiate collaboration across the engineering team.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Able to draw M.E.P diagrams
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To initiate high quality problem solving and communicate with written report to general Manager and verbally to all team members for the problem solving actions and report the result.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To forecasts, evaluates and manages workload to meet business needs. Oversees planning and control process in the engineering teams. Conducts regular reviews to ensure that the teams are delivering work according to the company plan in order to make the business start run properly and maintain the business area run smoothly from opening till closing operation.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To create financial plans and budget estimates for projects in unit/business area. Oversees adherence to these plans and estimates. Then the reports will be submit to Company General Manager and Account Managers.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To do some paperwork such as reports cost reports of Planning and Budgeting then to submit to Administration staff account.
