Job Description
-Â Â Â Â Â Managing sales activities & target directly with end customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
-Â Â Â Â Â Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients; act as a point contact for Avani's clients through all communication channels
-Â Â Â Â Â Develop strategies to achieve personal sales target and supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target
-Â Â Â Â Â Oversee the stocking and inventory of goods to ensure timely supply of order
-Â Â Â Â Â Assisting Senior Sales Representative in organizing, planning and implementing strategy to attract customers and closing the sales.
-Â Â Â Â Â Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
-Â Â Â Â Â Manage all communication with existing client to maintain long term relationship through various modes such as a visit, telephone and e-mail.
-Â Â Â Â Â Handle and resolve any issue, complaints and feedback from clients and act as a link between your clients and internal teams.
-     Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
-Â Â Â Â Â Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent customer service delivery
-Â Â Â Â Â Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
-Â Â Â Â Â Create reports, analyze and interpret sales data, like revenues, expenses and market competition
-Â Â Â Â Â Meet and exceed monthly sales target
-Â Â Â Â Â Negotiate and assign payment plan schedule to customers.
